In just over an hour-long presentation, we share authentically about the fall of our marriage, the remarkable way God carried us through it and the truths we gained.  We support the raw and pure storyline with multiple relevant Christian songs, many of which were part of the soundtrack of our journey.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

70 Minute Storytelling Experience

Side By Side is a unique, musical presentation of a true story of redemption and restoration.  Steve and Lisa Goldberg share how God brought them out of the pit and into His arms.  It is a remarkable story of a wayward child returning to her heavenly Father and a Jewish man welcoming Jesus into his heart by way of a deeply troubled marriage.  Steve and Lisa openly share the details of their lives, which is also supported by multiple relevant faith-based songs accompanied by guitar and piano.

30 Minute AMA (Ask Me Anything)

Following the performance, Steve and Lisa offer an optional time of sharing in which viewers can ask anonymous or direct questions.  They welcome couples to seek further information and resources from them. The Goldberg's are an open book that they pray will only reveal God’s divine grace, mercy and glory.

A Document of Resources for Attendees

Steve and Lisa have been gathering resources throughout their journey.  The provide guests a detailed list of books, marriage courses, retreats and bible studies that have been helpful to them.  They continue to add to the list on a regular basis.

Recommendations for Follow-Up Marriage Education

Viewing Side By Side can stir up a lot for people.  Steve and Lisa equip and prepare venues prior to the event in order to have resources in place to assist couples. (In the near future, Steve and Lisa will have a curriculum as follow-up to Side By Side and will also have partnerships with marriage ministries that provide marriage education and counseling.)

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
